Hula Hoop Aerobic Classes now available at Spin on Fitness!!!
Hula Hoop Aerobics is a 50 minute fitness class that primarily targets your middle. With circular trunk movements, it directly works abdominal muscles, hips and waistlines. As a result, class participants gain both a cardio and strength workout. In fact, one minute of vigorous Hula Hooping can burn as many calories as running an eight-minute mile or high impact aerobic class. In addition, Hula Hooping promotes correct body alignment from the circular motions and proper posture in the upper body routines. Not to mention it's a lot of FUN!!!
Hoops are provided for all students and also available for purchase so you can practice at home. Hoop classes are Drop-In Classes. 4 Students per class, so reserve your spot early. Cost $15 per class or 4 Classes for $55. Registering Now!

Testimony: I recently took the Hoop Class and I have to say what a great time!!! You forget how to hula-hoop from when you’re little, but she does it in such a way that it’s so much fun and you don’t realize that you are actually doing something good for your body. The class size is small enough that you and your friends can do it together and have fun and not be embarrassed among people you don’t know so it makes you work that much harder. I had such a good time that I’m getting my own hoop to keep it up between classes. I recently had my 48th birthday and if you know me, I don’t act it and hopefully don’t look it, but this is going to make me even younger and crazier – can’t wait until the next class.
