2. Next page, click on 'More Phones' at left margin OR 'change this phone' in the lower middle of the 'phone selected' box, for full list of phones. click the green select button for your phone choice.

3. At the right side of your main details page, A single plan is selected, if you are a single plan and that is not your  plan size, click the 'more carrier plans' link in the 'plan selected' box. A small window opens with all their plan sizes, 'select' your plan size. Choose your new plan size or match up your current plan size if upgrade extension.
 
FOR FAMILY PLANS: Click on 'family plans' link at bottom of plan selected box, on right, if you want 2 or more phones with a shared family plan. OR if only upgrading 1 line on a family plan, see below

There is a link to 'change this phone' in each phone box so you can select any 2 or more phones with a shared family plan.
