My name is Warren Jacobi. I am the owner and operator of American Conglomerate. I offer an alternative solution to the “big” collection agency experience.

My fee is based upon a percentage of the accounts I collect. No Collection. No Charge. I honestly believe I can increase your cash flow, reduce your overhead and manage your accounts professionally and ethically.
I also offer judgment recovery services for those who have won their claims in court but have not had their judgment satisfied.
I enforce and recover delinquent judgments that have been awarded in court. I am a judgment recovery specialist. This enables me a wider and more creative range of remedies to enforce judgment claims for you. When a debtor has been located I have an extremely high success rate! By law, a judgment holder has the right to assign someone else to enforce their judgment for them. If you have not been able to collect your judgment(s), I am interested in collecting it for you. I specialize in the location of the debtor’s hidden assets and seize them to satisfy judgments. My company’s fee is based solely on a percentage of what is collected for you. I also offer a very reasonable percentage for companies who hold multiple judgments. There is a time limitation on collecting a judgment. If a claim is not properly acted on, it may expire. Please don’t let the hard work you have already put into winning these judgments go to waste. The out of pocket expense to you is nothing. I will bear all expenses involved in the enforcement of the judgment. You will receive a substantial percentage of the assets found and seized within thirty days of collection. I also offer a referral payment of 5% for any person or business that recommends my services that result in the satisfaction of a debt or judgment.
