All commisions are strictly contingent upon collection
Commercial
Claimes aged less than twelve months:
40% on claims under $200.00
25% on claims $200.00 up to $5,000.00
20% on claims over $5,000.00
Rate may be negotiable for claims in exess of $20,000.00.
There is a 10% increase in standard fees for claims aged over twelve months.
Legal
Legal rates may vary from 30% to 50%. We do our best to negotiate with our network of Commercial Law League attorneys. If suit is authorized, the attorney may require advanced costs and/or suit fees which we also attempt to negotiate on your behalf.
