Helpful Tips

	Avoid scams by dealing locally or paying with Paypal, try also using your credit card as the option to pay. This way if Paypal does not or cannot help you with a dispute, you can always bypass them and call your credit card company up directly.
	Never use Western Union, Moneygram or any other anonymous service to send a payment, the seller does not always have to show ID when they pick up the funds. And if you just realized you have been scammed, the last thing you want is not to be able to identify the person who took your money.
