The Story

The original MEDBike started out life as a mini electric chopper. After riding the cramped bike all over his neighborhood and the near by city MEDBike designer Nick Vogler had a plan make it better. He knew that he needed to start with the design and fabrication of his own light weight tubular frame. So off to the drawing board (or is it screen?) to create a frame and swing arm that will give the dirt bike its trademade plush ride. With the old frame out so did all the old chopper stuff that went with it like the flat hadlebars, replaced with full size aluminum BMX handlebars for maximum knee clearance. The original forks were saved to be used but with a ruge rake decrease to make it ride just like a full size dirt bike. Now with his 250f in mind it was time to start bending some steel and put all the components together to make a comfortable rideable mini bike. What came out of that garage on that fateful was a mini bike unlike any other the world had ever seen. It is the size of your normal 50cc mini bike but with the rider room to easily fit a full size person and enough suspension travel to takle even the toughest dirt terrain and the gnarliest of street obstacles. The bike was good that Nick kept finding himself riding it as far as it could go and running out of battery power to make it home, so he came up with the great idea of putting the charger in a compartment on the frame so he could just plug it in anywhere there was power and could keep on riding.
